We are looking for a Sales Enablement Associate to join our Sales & Business Development team as we manage increasing growth opportunities from existing customers and initiate relationships with potential future customers. In entering an agreement with Voltera, customers are generally making a long-term commitment to contract for EV charging services at a specific site. An important piece of how we originate and develop opportunities is by providing customers with the data, analysis, and documentation needed to make a decision. This person will develop, obtain, and organize that information in a way that keeps the deal process on track. As the deal is being completed, they will document and communicate relevant deal information to Voltera’s Construction and Operations teams to ensure a seamless hand-off. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Research and analyze various market segments and the companies within to identify potential customers for Voltera's services. 
  • Develop marketing and email campaigns for initial outreach to potential customers. 
  • Develop RFI/RFP responses. 
  • Draft proposals for engaged customers. 
  • Initiate and track internal requests to obtain information based on customer requirements (e.g., pricing, project site information, and project schedules). 
  • Initiate drafts of key project documents (e.g., LOIs, contracts) and ensure efficient document workflow between Voltera and customer. 
  • Quality control of internal CRM information and documentation. 
  • Partner with account leads on the pre-sales side to ensure customer has necessary project information based on feedback from key internal departments (e.g., Real Estate, Construction, & Operations). 
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. 

MUST-HAVE: 

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Finance, or related field  
  • 1-3+ years of analytical experience
